Our founder, Bob Quinlan retired from the printing business after decades of success. His passion for people and growing businesses didn't keep him in retirement for long. Bob decided to get into food franchising and opened his first Jersey Mikes location in 2019. Shortly after, Bob partnered with co-founder Al Graziano. Al was crucial to scaling and together they opened 9 more Jersey Mike's locations. In 2022 Bob and Al set out to open another franchise, Dave's Hot Chicken. They currently have twelve successful stores across the country and are growing faster than ever.
